We are delighted to share our impressions from Food Ingredients Europe in Paris, which took place on December 2–4, 2025. Participating in this event is always a great honor for us—FI Europe is one of the most prestigious and influential industry gatherings, and we are proud to be a part of it. We were really pleased to see how recognizable the Lauta Carrageenans brand has become. Visitors approached our stand with curiosity and awareness of who we are, which is extremely encouraging and shows how much work we have done together over the last few years. This year, we presented completely new applications, with Bubble Tea in a variety of flavor combinations stealing the show. The visitors' reactions? Delight, smiles, and lots of positive comments! This is a clear signal to us that the innovations we are working on are hitting exactly where they should—the needs and expectations of our customers. We would like to wholeheartedly thank everyone involved in the preparation and implementation of this project. Thanks to your work, ingenuity, and support, we can proudly showcase the best of Lauta Carrageenans on the international stage.
