Tomasz Zapalski has been building his experience in the energy and industrial construction sector since 2013, working on projects primarily for heating plants and combined heat and power plants, as well as developments on industrial sites. Throughout his career, he has gained experience both in a design office and on the general contractor’s side, which allows him to fully understand the collaboration among all participants in the investment process. As a result, he is able to effectively coordinate activities, accurately assess risks and efficiently manage projects.
