We are delighted to welcome Justyna Paciorek to our team. She joined Interfiber at the beginning of July as a Senior Technologist in the R&D department. Justyna is an experienced food technologist specializing in bread production, with over 10 years of experience working in both local bakeries and international environments.
At Interfiber, she deals with applications related to baking and confectionery, and you can find her in the R&D room or... in our Bakery Laboratory, where it certainly smells of freshly baked bread!
After work, Justyna doesn't slow down - she loves to spend her time actively: she rides her bike, swims, and enjoys long walks. Her positive energy, passion for work, and attentiveness are values that fit perfectly into our team.
