Gosia is a true "one-woman show" -she is an experienced baker who knows the realities of the catering and food service industry inside out. Whether it’s bread, rolls or sophisticated sweet pastries, nothing is impossible for her! In her private life, Gosia is a proud mother of two little rascals. She always spends her free time with her "Team," focusing on active recreation: cycling, swimming and long walks.
